How Pulvent handles the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive what you type in the form: your name, email, phone, company, domain, the number of mailboxes and your message. We also record which page you sent it from.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up with you about it.
Where it is kept
Your request is saved in our own customer system and shared with our sales team through our internal messaging. Both run on servers we manage, and so do their backups. We do not sell or rent your details.
Spam protection
The quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. Google receives information about your visit for this check, under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools that measure how visitors use this website and how our campaigns perform. These tools, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, load and set cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@pulvent.com.
